Free Yoga Classes with Chiara🧘‍♀️

Join me for complimentary hatha yoga sessions designed to enhance flexibility, strengthen the immune system, and foster mind-body connection.

Why Free?

I recently completed 200 hours of teacher training. Now I would like to start sharing the benefits of simple yet impactful asanas (yoga poses) while having the opportunity to enhance and refine my teaching techniques.

What to Expect:

In these classes, we will delve into: Enhanced flexibility: Experience the joy of profound stretching that not only increases flexibility but also promotes a sense of liberation. Strengthened Immune, skeletal, and muscular systems: Through carefully curated poses, we will work towards building strength in your immune system, skeletal structure, and muscular system. Mind-body connection:

Connect with your essence and foster a sense of togetherness.

Each individual will find their unique space for self-discovery and growth.

📅 When: January 25th and 1st, 8th and 15th February at 10 am. 📍

Where: WAC and Learning Tree School 🌈

What to Bring:

Your yoga mat Optionally, bring support for your back (blanket, block) Something cosy for relaxation at the end of the class.
