Our preschool program provides a quality learning experience in a warm and supportive atmosphere 

You can choose to enroll your child for one class a week or more, to suit your schedule and the needs of your child.  The Learning Tree Preschool maintains an excellent teacher-to-student ratio, allowing our staff to focus on the individual needs of each child and preserving the loving and caring atmosphere that our families so appreciate.

The Preschool curriculum is designed to build skills in six key learning areas:

  • Communication, Language and Literacy

  • Mathematical Development

  • Personal, Social and Emotional Development

  • Knowledge and Understanding of the World

  • Creative Development

  • Physical Development

Focusing on a central topic, children participate in group activities (songs and stories) as well as directed learning activities (crafts, writing) to support the learning objectives.  Detailed lesson and curriculum planning enable our teachers to tailor each class to the abilities, strengths and development opportunities of each child.  With this solid framework, our teachers guide the class through exciting and stimulating activities so that pupils develop a love of learning and the confidence to try new things.

Age Range: 2 – Kindergarten age

Times: Morning Preschool - Weekdays 8.45-11.45

Creative Movers Afternoon Preschool - Monday and Tuesday 14.00-17.00

Fees: CHF 450 per quarter for one class per week with discounts for multiple classes; for full details please see the information sheets to the right of this page
